Every item is checked by hand and given a grade before it's listed — so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy.
Two separate things decide how we list an item: where it came from, and what condition it's in. They're independent — a brand new piece can still have a factory flaw, and a pre-loved one can be flawless.
Excess stock — end-of-line and overstock pieces that never made it to a shelf. Never owned, never worn. Most still have their tags.
Previously owned and given a second life. Checked, cleaned and graded to exactly the same standard as everything else.
No marks, no flaws, nothing to mention. Original tags still on.
No marks, no flaws. Tags have been removed or were never there.
One minor thing worth knowing about, named in the description. Nothing that affects how it wears.
Visible if you look closely. Described on the listing so there are no surprises.
Clearly visible, described and photographed on the listing. Still perfectly wearable, and priced accordingly.
Beyond selling. These never reach the shop — they go for recycling rather than landfill.
Grades describe condition only — nothing else. Where an item has a specific flaw, we name it in the description and show it in the photos, so you can see exactly what you're buying before you decide.
